We are looking for a professional to develop and lead our Customer Success Team. The department has already been formed – you will develop it. High-level goal: deliver long-term, reliable recurring revenue by optimizing Customer’s Journey and forming Cross-Selling and Upselling strategies.

What We Need Now

  • More processes. Develop KPIs for the CS Team and report the results regularly, integrate more useful tools;
  • More analytics. Identify regular customer’s struggles and collaborate with Product and Tech teams to overcome them;
  • More education. Build, structure, and mentor the CS Team;
  • More profit. Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty constantly improving Customer Success initiatives.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate Customer Success managers to drive company’s growth;
  • Strong Customer Success and Lead experience;
  • Have experience with building customer health scores triggers, predicting churn, forecasting expansion;
  • Ability to create strategies, implement them, track performance, and set objectives;
  • Have a previous record of meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention goals in a rapid growth environment.
