We are SOAX, an emerging company specializing in automated data collection services for companies worldwide. On the demand side, our priority is to deliver the best-in-class experience for data-hungry businesses across the globe while collecting public data on the web. Performance, security, and customer-centric approach are our core values in this direction.

We’re actively growing (~30 MoM), and over the past year SOAX team has grown from 15 to 60 employees. We are a fully remote team located in different countries. Now are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People and Culture team, and help us scale by attracting top talent all across the world.

What will you do:

  • Design, develop, implement, and iterate upon creative yet scalable sourcing strategies and techniques to help us attract and hire qualified and diverse talent
  • Drive recruitment best practices, processes, and delivery
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with SOAX people strategies
  • Use your established networks to discover and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team
  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit
  • Provide world-class experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, driving the interview and offer processes, including reference checks, salary recommendations, etc
  • Ensure regular reporting of relevant recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness of recruiting programs and talent hired

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Keen attention to detail, experience in both building and executing recruiting processes
  • Proven track record of hiring directly
  • Passion about providing a great experience for all candidates, whether they pass or not
  • Ability to collaborate and work across a quickly growing, diversed, and matrixed organization
  • Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates worldwide
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
