SOAX Team is looking for a professional to make our Tech Support Department even stronger. We are doing everything possible to make our clients’ journey pleasant and effective and really hope you are sharing our vision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop an alerting system for Customer Success and other teams to predict
  • Close cooperation with Customer Success Team in regards to technical related matters: integrations set up, monitoring of potential issues, troubleshooting;
  • Smart automation of all possible processes. Our goal is to be as effective as possible with the help of technologies;
  • Integration with third-party automation systems/tools and their performance monitoring;
  • Collaboration with SOAX Engeneering team and participation in product tasks development;
  • Train Customer Success team on how to optimize processes;
  • Create internal and external documentation about the product and best practices for product usage. Get to know SOAX system in tiny detail.

You are our ideal candidate if:

  • you are proactive and creative in everything you do;
  • you are an automation geek and keen in processes optimization;
  • you have a knowledge of PHP, GO, SQL;
  • you have the ability to set up API integrations between third party systems;
  • you have experience in writing commands and workflow processes;
  • you speak English (Intermediate+) and Russian;
  • you are familiar with Grafana, Redash and CRMs;
  • you have experience in working with ticket systems like Intercom/Zendesk;
  • you are able to multitask and prioritize;
  • you know much but feel like it will never be enough;
