Prerequisites
Step 1
Create a New Profile
Click on "Create profile" in the top right corner of the screen. Give your profile a name and, in the left hand menu, select "Connection" to access the proxy setup screen. in the drop down, select "Set a new proxy".
Step 2
Configure Your SOAX Proxy
Set up your proxies to your liking in the SOAX dashboard. You can specify which country you want the country to be in under the "Target location" section. If you don't need a specific location you can leave it as "Random GEO".
Step 3
Add your Proxy Details to Octo Browser
In the proxy setup window, add the username, password, host and port that you find in your SOAX account. Next, click "Check proxy" to test if your details are correct. Finally, click "Confirm".
Step 4
Run the Profile
Activate your newly created profile by clicking the "Start" button. A new window pops up and you can start browsing without being detected.
Step 5 (optional)
Add a Whitelisted IP Filter
For IP address authorization, go to the "Whitelisted IPs filters" section in your SOAX dashboard and enter your IP . Select the geo you want and press "Save". In Octo Browser, you can create a new proxy and use "proxy.soax.com:port" to use a proxy instead of username and password.
